The other day I sent an email to John Phillips Bengero - (Jepoy) of Quezon City, Philippines.
He was the person who collaborated on the video interview of Mayen - with Noemi Dado - who despite having stolen or borrowed pictures from my Flickr photo stream (citing "Fair Usage") - displaying them on his blog - he goes whinging like a little cry-baby when I do the same.
He is one of the nastiest, slimiest operators I have come across in my entire life - brim-full with hypocricy - trying to present an innocent, moral face to the world - when in fact he is the complete opposite.

I mean what sort of a low-life leaves comments like this ?

Well - go ahead and archive this to your heart's content - and read it, and re-read it - until it sinks in.
Until it dawns on you - that you are revealing yourself to the world as a complete and utter DORK - for going to all that trouble - and then proving to everybody that you did it all without the slightest shred of proof - purely out of corrupt hatred and malice.

Their knee-jerk reactions always give the game away - here he is (above) chasing me around, leaving comments as I am going about my innocent business in the blogosphere - (no - I can't PROVE it was him, but it was one of the gang - for sure - self-promoting their propaganda links.)
So who really has been stalking who?
They all knew precisely who they were dealing with - I had no idea, without research - finding out how the majority of them are all buddies - chatting away on Plurk, planning, conspiring - etc.
But of course - that's not bullying is it?

Here (see 1st screengrab above) he is admitting that the only condemnation has come from Filipinos - so he's begging for your support - because the only "support" has come from the people he has incited to take part - it's confusing for him - have some pity.
A lot of them appear to be staff at his "GameOps" operation (he's really into playing games - but is not a very good loser.)

. . . or game-playing friends, like this person, who I wrote to on MyBlogLog after noticing visits from her. I cannot find my original message as I have changed accounts there & I certainly had no need to keep a record of merely an innocent "how-do-you-do" - to which I received an equally innocent reply, at the time.

However, when this same person appeared recently on the Facebook site "I Was Stalked by Tim Cumper" - set up by Jepoy & co. - she was more than willing to join in with her friends.
I pointed out to her the portion of the message she had sent me " . . . although I do know half of those bloggers that were involve there & I could vouch for the fact that they we're involved with it too . . . "
This prompted a denial from her - with the excuse that it was a typo - that she had meant to write "were'nt" [involved] -

- but this denial misses the point entirely.
Their involvement was the blogging - pure and simple - the cover up was being attempted by the blogging - by the bloggers - on a totally insubstantiated mission to portray my story as no more than a hoax & to defame myself and my name with false accusations and exaggerations of my own words - plastering their empty and cruel propaganda wherever they could - inciting, garnering support to rally around their shamefully false flag.

So her denial was voided by her previous admission ". . . I do know half of those bloggers . . ." - proving, yet again, that they were socially linked - not the independent & unconnected people that they would have you believe - no - this was organised & orchestrated - it was a deliberate campaign of obfuscation & distraction of the truth - with Jepoy as one of the active ring-leaders.

Later on in the thread she has to admit to some ambiguity in the story, at least to the possibility that there was indeed a scam attempt - an extremely rare admission from amongst those who have been energetic enough to write anything at all - this exchange was happening in "real time" - we were both "on the case" - it is a shame that she obviously has no influence over her friends' obstinate opinions - as now she takes sides with the likes of Beng Hafner, Noemi Dado, Reyna Elena, John Phillips Bengero . . .

. . . despite this admission, you can find her now supporting at Noemi's new website at timcumper.com - proving what?

Proving that some people are perfectly capable of joining a campaign - that is entirely insubstanitated, completely lacking in proof or detail and one that is being engaged for what can only be regarded as highly dubious and suspicious motives - while simultaneously admitting to their own doubts & uncertainties about what they are engaging in.
That just about says it all - doesn't it?

What is the motivation for such behaviour?

Xenophobia - that's what it is - pure, unadulterated bigotry - or is it corruption?

Okay - I will be the first to accept that there are is a lot of despicable and shameful behaviour engaged in by foreigners towards Filipinas.

Okay - I will accept that the practices of sex-tourism justly attract and deserve contempt.

However - just as I am not prepared to generalise or allow myself to falsely stain an entire nation, then neither should anyone spill their contempt at my door without a thorough understanding and first-hand knowledge of the precise details and characters involved.

You have no idea who I am - Jepoy Bengero, you have it all wrong. All you see is your own presumption and contempt - & you are stubbornly refusing to be impartial or reasoned. Your obstinacy even to admit seeing the slightest ambiguity in the situation that I have presented carves you out as a bigot, for all to see - blindly doing favours for those you perceive as your allies. You are abetting a grave injustice with your continued propaganda.

Jepoy was one of the first people to blindly condemn my story - proclaiming it to be a hoax - popping up out of the blue with a comment on Noemi Dado's website - Filipina Images.

It is perfectly obvious that this person is being immediately defensive.
He also shows all the symptoms of a meddlesome instigator, agitator - someone who takes pleasure in inciting others to hatred.
Notice also that he has already presumed people to be innocent - without the slightest piece of proof - an attitude he still maintains to this day.
Whatever weakness it is in Jepoy that forces him to rely on a gang of people to support his malicious theories - it is certainly working overtime at the present.
He is no less than a schoolyard bully - except with far less guts - because he has chosen as his playground - the Internet - where he remains completely out of harms way - and he can accomplish most of what he wants - anonymously - hiding behind fake usernames - so that other readers will not know.
That is why I'm informing them - Cyber-Bullying - Cyber-Cowards - people want rid of this sort of thing on the Internet.

Previously I had linked to a compilation photograph (just a small selection of the people concerned) which was hosted off site - but Jepoy, being slightly shy of publicity about this, got it removed - three times - but I'm sure that seeing as this whole thing is about their involvement, I can get away with "fair usage" for a screengrab. Just check their websites to read the garbage that they've all been writing (well - copying from each other.)

John Phillips Bengero - your ego, your bid for "hero" status has been your big undoing - also unstitching all the work that "The Propaganda Machine" of Reyna Elena (worth a look at this to see the lengths he's been going to) and Noemi Dado have been doing. Tsk, tsk - how foolish you must feel now.

Now - how do I know all this about him?
Because of our exchange of emails the other day.
I have been sending emails before to various members of this team - who have been willfully blowing a smokescreen - trying to pretend a defence for the original few people invloved in the scam attempt.
But they have all been intelligent enough not to respond - in any way.

The link between the scammers and the bloggers was provided when Noemi did the hour long video interview with Mayen - I wonder how long they spent in each other's company that day?

But Noemi's mind was made up, right from her very first comment on the matter . . .

"I’m sorry to say this but based on my own gut feel, I felt that you were not scammed by a group of scam artists, the Medical Center Paranaque, the Tierra Maria Estates, the lawyer and the doctors."

. . . way back in February 2008 - she was denying, making light of the possible significance of the video evidence I had always insisted that I had, even then - so the video interview that Noemi did with Mayen could have been no more than a token, a pretence at truthful journalism.
Watch it carefully & you will see how overtly it manipulates the viewer - down a one-way emotional street - without offering a single scrap of anything concrete - all word of mouth - by someone who has proved herself to be an expert liar on camera.

Already having proved how convincing a liar she can be, even on camera - why is it that Mayen was taken on just her word?
We all know that words create pictures in the mind - how much easier is it to believe in the image of that poor, tearful Filipina?
It's a cinch isn't it - a masterstroke - if it had worked, but all it has revealed is how ruthlessly devious they can be.
Jepoy is still proudly boasting of that historic failure - such a monumentous error of judgement - a demonstration of duplicity and deceit, of such "Broadway" proportions.
Still promising to bring to our screens "The Producer's Cut" - with full English subtitles throughout.
I cannot wait - to discover even more lies to add to the list I've already got.
Mind you, he could invent anything he likes in the translation - my Tagalog doesn't go beyond mahal kita or masarap!

Yet she didn't even bother to ask. Was it possibly suspected already, or even known for certain that Mayen was guilty? Noemi just steam-rollering on with their propaganda without checking any essential facts or credentials relating to the truth?
You see, a poor, tearful Filipina is bound to get sympathy, bound to be believed, eh?
The soft, sugar coating to a very bitter pill - dressing the shop window, so that we can't see inside?
Well - Mayen had already tried to prove it to me - but smudged the "scar" in the process - could that be why they didn't ask to see it - because they knew damn well that there was nothing to see?]
We didn't get any monetary or any compensation at all from this video. [I have never suggested that you did receive any money - you did it purely to satisfy your contempt.]
We only wanted justice for this woman. [Meaning - "We only wanted to clear the name of the real estate firm."]
Exactly a year ago, Timothy Ellis Cumper submitted an article at the Filipina Images website entitled Conned by a Filipina. [Actually my original title was "Is Hospitality A Myth?" - but Noemi changed it without asking. So good of you to be respectful and use my full name - John Phillips Bengero - thank you.]
At first, you may thought it is really a scam, but when you finished reading everything he has written, you will see how paranoid Tim Cumper is. [how thorough - it's not paranoia - it's just common sense and due caution.]
He accused everyone [everyone? everyone Jepoy? Don't exaggerate - oh, do you mean the handful of people who commented there, including yourself and - of course - "Emily" - tsk, tsk!] of conspiring.
[Well, you've proved me right haven't you - by conspiring with all your mates and contacts, the staff at "gameops." Originally, before you put your foot in it and proved it to me - I was merely trying to break through a "conspiracy" of apathy or silence - it was good to get a result - and I used the dialogue to correct a few false assumptions that "everyone" was making - of course, being encouraged to make them by people like you and Noemi. But since then, you've followed me around - first The World Of Filipinas, the Filam Forum Report - all sorts of places - leaving the same dreadful smell that you create on your very own blogs about the story.]
From the girl's boss,[he corroborated the facts of the "alleged operation"] the girl's employer, [he didn't answer my emails outlining my suspicions] the hospital, [someone at the hospital was involved - not everybody] the British embassy. [There is still suspicion surrounding one person's corroboration who worked there]
Everyone. [Oh stop exaggerating you stupid person - it just proves you've got absolutely nothing to say.]
When he posted his article on Filipina Images, he thought he'll get support. He did, for a moment. [considering that some of the commenters there were masquerading as other people - that support was soon seen as a red herring, a mere platitude - part of your devious armoury of tricks to make me go away - and nobody had read the story thoroughly - they were more prone to repeat the pathetic exaggerations of people like Noemi Dado and Jepoy Bengero, than think for themselves]
But when everybody [not everybody - stupid - you mean to say that everybody who read it left a comment? STOP EXAGGERATING!] read what he wrote, everything turned against on what he expected.
Bloggers and readers of Filipina Images started to react in favor of his girlfriend. [Well what would you expect - what was the name of the site again? Besides, Noemi's not averse to a bit of pruning, a bit of censorship, and plenty of lying - after all - the whole point of publishing my article was to collude with Sir Francis and disuade me from taking it any further - which failed miserably.]
Tim Cumper didn't like this so he included these people in his hitlist, including me. [And you are rightly proud of it - aren't you? Idiot. Your exaggerations and distortions reveal exactly what you are up to.]
Besides Filipina Images, Tim Cumper asked for support on different forums.
Two of them are The World of Filipinas [just full of bigotted bullies - like SouthernDon, Jepoy, MrkGrismer etc. - I was baited there] and The Internet Love Scams. [Who actually investigated it for me - read all about it - they thought it was a scam]
They didn't believe Tim Cumper either. [Don't lie - read our communications if you need proof]
Of course, Tim Cumper included them in his hitlist.
For 1 year, he has stalked us, [investigated your connections with each other] called us libelous names, [the truth about you is not libelous] accused us of being part of a "bayanihan payola", [a term I invented which means the corrupt pliabilty to do favours for a common, but devious gain] created fake MySpace profiles, [Only one, Jepoy - yours - yeah - that was fun] peddled the internet with his lies, etc. [you have yet to come up with one tiniest fragment to support what you are saying] yet he has the audacity to accuse us of being cyberbullies while hiding behind the internet. [exactly - can you think of a better name for it?]
Well, you guys are smart enough to know who's doing the cyber bullying around here. [Not if you're a subscriber to GameOps you ain't]
First week it was entertaining, 3 months irritating, but 1 year of Tim Cumper nonsense?
Now that's not funny.
Ignoring him doesn't seem to work.
Recently, he stalked[investigated]Rocky [a blog that Jepoy "manages" - according to Jepoy] and posted this:

Was this responsible blogging, with a social conscience, a concern for propagating truth?
Or was it purely an excercise in propaganda - to conceal a truth incriminating a powerful business concern, with all the resources available to pretend or defend it's position?

But alas, MissPinkBiik was either leaving the comment as part of the "lure" - or she has done a complete U-turn - or she just enjoys back biting, at Noemi (I can understand why.)

They are entirely valid points that all of them made - but Noemi's statement about "truth" that is quoted by Bluepanjeet in his comment, and the comment itself - have been edited out of Cathy Black's post now - they obviously think that by altering history they can create the truth out of thin air.
The post was only there as a lure - (Cathy Black even sent me an email asking for more information) to sucker me in with its apparent but deceptive supportive voice for my story - then Cathy Black was going to feed me with fake evidence - endorsed by her Auditor's credentials.

There was I - 6,000 miles away - and there she is - with the proof sitting right in front of her - and she doesn't even bother to ask!
As to the "local" private investigator - OK - just who would have been recommended? With all this going on, with the entire resources of a real estate company to divert any attention - who could I possibly trust?

What exactly was the "Divine Providence" that brought Mayen forward to participate in the video?

Mayen had allegedly been sacked on demands from her boss's wife - curiously, immediately after all of his kind attentions during Mayen's "hospital stay" - apparantly even wanting to arrange a libel suit against me - on Mayen's behalf - but then he sacks her.

All of these strange details are in the "giant" version of the story by the way, the version that prompted all these discerning and perceptive readers to immediately pronounce it as a hoax.

Was Noemi deceived by Mayen's acting skills - what was it that led Noemi to "believe" what Mayen was saying?

. . . and she was lying. She only confessed to these lies when confronted with irrefutable photographic evidence. Other than that, we'd still all be believing exactly what she said.

Where is that solid, golden nugget of proof - that could be put upon a pedestal - "here is proof positive, that the pregnancy, the operation actually happened." All we have are "paper thin" words - and the pictures they conjour up in the mind.
Where is the proof that could be constantly & enthusiastically quoted, shared, referred to, acknowledged - by these people - who are connected socially in real life or online (see screengrab of Plurk - below) with their concerted aim - of proving my suspicions wrong.

Here's a quote from Jepoy's site -

"We have been diluting Tim Cumper's website with our silent SEO campaign since early March 2008. If you wan to join, use any of the links below."

It is the easiest thing in the world to dilute with quantity - after all, that is all that they have acheived - which requires an orchestrated effort, aimed at a single target - that is why Jepoy has been out recruiting, because he knows perfectly well, that on substance alone - he has failed.
But he believes his own hype - how weird is that?
Because there is so much "stuff & nonsense" out there now - that he himself has helped to generate, by inciting all his contacts & friends - he has convinced himself that it is true.
Very early on Jepoy boasted that he had investigated the case for himself.
Of course I asked him precisely what his investigation had thrown up - no response - the usual retreat into silence.

It is inconceivable that information of such import - if they were in possession of any - would not be communicated and shared, announced, trumpeted about the blogosphere.
That is obvious. Why would it possibly be with-held or concealed if it existed?
We are we led to believe that it was no more than Mayen's acting skills which hoodwinked Noemi's "woman's instincts?"
Unusual?
Extremely unusual - to base a whole propaganda excercise on a woman's instinct.
A woman who purports to be defending the image of the Filipina - and yet who has supplied, in herself, an image of total pliability to the pressures of corruption.

Quite the opposite - from the outset, the excercise of hoisting that video interview online - was purely for malicious and devious propaganda - there was never one single hint of a determined respect or consideration for the truth.

Therefore - they must all know - that there is no truth to be found in Mayen's innocence - to set out deliberately to ignore that aspect - or they would have concentrated on discovering and demonstrating that truth.

Noemi's position is confounded even further - already defending any likelyhood that she has associated with Tierra Maria Estates - from the possible duplicity and collaboration that went on in the comments section of my article posted on her site.
Her need to discover a bullet proof defence, for not only Tierra Maria Estates, Mayen and all Filipinas - but also for herself personally - is made stronger and more urgent.

You remembered that he was a neighbour of yours, you know all about Tony Montinola's other real estate concerns - and they obviously know about you - appearances on TV - I was posing a threat on the Internet - with my blog - who is in a position to help them out?

For anyone who has thoroughly read my blog - they will see that your posting of my story had very little indeed to do with promoting the Filipina Image - the contrary, in fact.

Most likely it is a blend of both.

Jepoy worked hard on editing the propaganda video - adding saccharin music, a ridiculously melodramatic introduction and laughable voice-overs, contacting his team to collect some choice "word-bytes" to put as end credits - hyping and biasing the entire production - generally insisting that I was the usual type of sex-tourist - running away from his responsibilty - and paranoid, to boot.
It was a masterful demonstration of the scammers' psychological art - and it is remarkable how many seem to share that innate skill.

But he has proved - without a shadow of a doubt - that they know it was a scam.
All the people that Jepoy has incited & encouraged to join in with these playground antics - also know that it was a scam.
They are blowing a smokescreen to cover their own shame - and to protect the few people at the heart of the scam.
Noemi knows it as well - and now - we all know, that they all know it was a scam.
Well done Jepoy, well done.
He thought he could do better than all the others - by replying.
His pride, his anger has let the side down - given the whole game away.

* Hypocrisy - he imagines that the Embassy is the ultimate authority on this issue - therefore presumably more authoritive than himself?
Wouldn't he already be usurping that authority in all the propaganda he is creating?
Is he not trying to speak with a voice of authority - does he not want people to believe what he says?

So who's talking about "proper authorities" here - the proper authorities were the hospital, the real estate company, the consciences of people mistakenly presumed to be honest and impartial - the people who I sent emails to, who never replied - they were "proper authorities" - go tell it to them.
